Our room welches comfortable, with a big bed, a closet and a small desk and separated toilet and shower. The airco can be regulated and worked well on the warmest days. A little Baustein welches the small shower, we had to be carefull not to make the bedroomfloor wet when showering. I was worried about the fact that the hotel didn´t serve breakfast, but the bakery next door welches awesome and very affordable with local prices and great service. Restaurants and little shops for groceries are all around and we highly recommend the restaurant right under the hotel, El Faro.

No gangs of drunken tourists so everywhere had a nice friendly atmosphere. Even on the first night of the Euros football starting everywhere was busy but with a good vibe. Quiet after midnight too so easy to sleep at night even though we were staying in a hotel in a central location. Highly recommend this location.

Beds were very comfortable. I think hotel should update there pictures on booking.com as hotel is better than what it looks like in the pictures. Bed sheets change after every 5 days, towel changes after every 3 days which is really good. I would stay hinein this hotel again
Hotel staffs were very helpful and nice. Greet you will a lovely smile and of course "Holla!" they were very helpful. we booked some sight seeing and cabs at the reception, my 2yr old had fun and couldn't wait to go to the restaurant, she looked forward to seeing all the staff. Very professional and hardworking. Now about the hotel - It was nice but could Beryllium better. The check rein process was super easy and we got to check rein way earlier and we deeply appreciated that... sadly we got the room 433* wont say much, but you don't want that room.. one thing i would say is if you don't ask you don't receive... we asked for a different room and they switch us, from then we did begin to enjoy our stay. The rooms are nice but I've slept hinein comfier beds... but no complaint. The view is beautiful and the sound of the beach at night, very soothing. I must applaud the chef - would have tipped really big if i could afford it.

The hotel is a perfect location to Santa Ponsa right near the beach Vorderseite and bars. The rooms are very modern and clean with everything you need and aircon works great.
